Two Oceans Wine
It’s not often that I am mixing cocktails at my house, generally a bottle of wine is opened, poured & enjoyed. But when Two Oceans asked me to create a cocktail with their mouth watering Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot I chose to stick to the only cocktail recipe I know! After all, Sangria is tried, tested and true…and Mother’s Day is MY day too, and I choose Sangria!Two Oceans Wine Named “Two Oceans” after the region in South Africa where the warm Indian Ocean and Cold Atlantic Ocean meet, this wine is nothing short of delicious (yes, I snuck a sip before Sangria preparation!).

Sangria

1 bottle Two Oceans red or white wine

2 apples, cored and chopped

2 oranges, peeled and chopped

3 cups chilled sparkling water

Combine wine and fruit and refrigerate overnight. When ready to serve, top with sparkling water. Enjoy!
